It happened in the year 1982. I was a second year BSc Zoology major student. We used to have practical classes late night. Most of the practical classes include dissection of insects. There was an isolated section in our college, situated near the zoology department. During the late practical sessions, the rooms usually remained dark. How to get rid of dandruff without any chemicals

Old or young, most of us face that pesky dandruff, especially during the winter. Most dandruff shampoos contain chemicals which may damage your hair. So here are a few home remedies that really worked for me. 1. Indian Gooseberry or amla: Indian Gooseberry or Amla is considered to be a good hair tonic and is used for treating many hair problems, including dandruff. For treating dandruff, cut 3 to 4 fresh amla (the amount can be varied according to the length of your hair). Now boil the pieces in water till the amount reduces to half. Let the mixture cool and massage it on your hair. Leave it for about 15 mins. Then wash it off. 2. Henna: Henna is an excellent treatment for dandruff.
